Rosters are posted for the 2020-2021 HRBBA Season.
Thanks to all the players who tried out!
Watch the HRBBA Facebook Page and this website for more information on Practice Schedules.
Practices start 10/28 or 10/29 depending on grade.
Communication will be key this year. If you are interested in serving as a Team Parent for your player's team, please contact Kirsten Ruliffson at email@example.com
Team Selection – Grades 4 through 8
Team selection for grades 4 through 8 will be posted at some point following tryouts. Given the changing conditions, we are not sure exactly what day/time. As soon as they are posted, a communication will be sent stating that they are available for viewing. Players selected for teams will be posted by their tryout number, first name, and the first initial of their last name. Players who are not selected will be notified by email to their registration email address.
Cooling Off Period and Player Specific Feedback
Following the official announcement of teams, the organization will observe a cooling off period of two days. During this time, HRBBA will not respond to questions about tryouts beyond confirming what team a player was selected for. Following the cooling off period, if requested, HRBBA may provide player specific feedback about the tryout. To protect privacy, HRBBA will not share any notes from tryouts on other players.
Return of Registration Fee
Players that are not selected for a team in their grade level, or players that have turned down an offer to be placed on a higher grade-level team (as a mechanism to field a team) will receive a full refund. Other refunds will be determined based on when the request is made. An administrative fee may be deducted from the refund as appropriate. Please see the refund matrix below.
Time of Refund Request

Within 5 calendar days from the day rosters are posted
100% less $100 administration fee
