Hopkins Royals Boys Basketball Association (HRBBA) is a volunteer-run organization offering boys in 3rd - 8th grades a basketball program where they can develop skills and knowledge in a competitive atmosphere. To participate, players must meet at least one of these eligibility requirements:

• Attend a school within the Hopkins School District 270 boundary (public, private or charter) or the International Spanish Language Academy.
• Attend a private or charter school outside of the Hopkins School District boundary, and reside within the Hopkins School District boundary.
• Attend a home or online school and reside within the Hopkins School District boundary.
